MIDNITE LUXURY is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by these services unless expressly stated otherwise.

Third-party platforms may change their features, pricing, availability, usage limits, and terms without notice.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable terms of each service.

7. No Guaranteed Results

The AI Video Creator Starter Kit is provided for educational purposes.

We do not guarantee specific video quality, audience growth, views, followers, sales, income, monetization approval, or other outcomes.

Results depend on factors including the tools used, individual effort, creative choices, platform requirements, and circumstances outside our control.

8. Digital Product Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, EXCEPT WHERE APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
